attorney is suited to your case, you must request some information:

1. The attorney’s fee and what exactly that fee includes. This is not necessarily the first question

solution when your assets in danger;

attorney that handles only bankruptcy cases will always be up to date, thus he will be more efficient;

4. The negative effects of filing for bankruptcy, if any. You should be informed from the start on
the risks of filing for bankruptcy, but you should also find out what may happen if you do not.

It may take a while to find, among the many bankruptcy attorneys, the best person to handle your
case – but your problems with debt will definitely be over once you find him.
